Established in 2015 Davidson Land Services is a well-established contractor based in Earlston, operating across the Scottish Borders, East Lothian, Dumfries and Galloway, and Northumberland. We specialise in groundworks, drainage, operated plant hire and infrastructure projects for both public and private clients.

Our business has grown over the years through a commitment to quality workmanship, reliability and practical expertise. With approvals from  Scottish Water, SGN and Scottish Borders Council along with accreditations from recognised industry bodies, we are trusted to deliver projects that meet strict industry standards.

We combine skilled operators with modern machinery to ensure every job is completed efficiently and safely. Our fully accredited team has extensive experience in handling complex works including water mains, deep excavations and utility installations.

Alongside our contracting services, we operate a fully stocked stores facility at our Earlston depot, with a new branch opening in Lauder in mid-2026. We also provide an on-site hydraulic hose repair service, supporting both our own operations and local customers.
